Cognit Vertex Analytics Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal information collected through cognitvertex.click and through a commission. The studio address is 230/7 Ramintra Road, Tha Raeng, Bang Khen, Bangkok 10220. Contact hello@cognitvertex.click or (02-509-3187). This notice is written for clients, correspondents, and people who appear in a field note because they spoke with us on a site.
What we collect
From the inquiry form and from email: your name, email address, the commission you have in mind, a place description, an optional meeting date, and the message you write. From a commission: records you choose to send, access arrangements, names of people we may speak with, photographs of ground and marks (not of identity documents), and payment references needed to match a transfer. We do not ask for national identification numbers through the website. Please do not put them in the form.
If we note a neighbor’s account, we do so only when that person knows they are being noted, and we record the substance of what they said about the ground, not a profile of their household.
Why we use it
We use inquiry details to reply and to decide whether a commission fits. We use commission records to do the study, to write the finding, to collect the fee, and to keep an archive copy of the sheets. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping a coherent record of work that may be questioned later. Where Thai law requires consent instead, we ask for it separately — for example, before naming you in the map room.
Retention
Unsuccessful inquiries are kept for twelve months and then deleted or reduced to a non-identifying count of request types. Commission files, including the finding and the plates, are kept for the life of the engagement and for three years after the closing meeting, longer if a dispute is open or if tax rules require the payment record to remain. Field-book weather notes that contain your name are kept with the commission file, not as a separate marketing list. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share what a commission requires: a redacted excerpt if you ask us to speak with your architect, or a sheet you have already told us to hand to a builder. Staff who draw and walk the site see the file. A bookkeeper sees payment references. We do not hand client parcels to other prospective clients.
International transfers
Commission files are kept in Bangkok. The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, your IP address and ordinary connection data may be processed by Google, which may store them outside Thailand. We do not send the contents of your inquiry to Google. If you write to us from abroad, your own email provider may also transfer the message across borders under that provider’s terms. We do not operate our own overseas servers for client files.
Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 you may ask to access the personal information we hold, to correct it, to delete it when the law allows, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to receive a portable copy where that right applies. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee. Some records, especially a finding already issued or a tax invoice, cannot be erased on request while we are required to keep them. Send requests to hello@cognitvertex.click. We answer within thirty days, or we tell you why we need longer.
Children
Commissions are arranged with adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the website.
