What leaves the studio
Printed sheets, and a finding that says where they stop
The flagship commission is a place study. Arun Charoen draws it. Malee Srisuk walks it. You receive a base sheet, three thematic plates, and a written finding of roughly eight to fourteen pages. A digital copy of those same sheets comes with the paper. Nothing here is a standing subscription, and nothing is certified for the land office.
Most studies begin with a household or an architect who can already name the decision: an extension, a choice between lots, a floor that should stay clear of the seasonal band on a khlong. If the question is only one plate wide, there is a smaller commission for that. If the question is only water, we do not pad it into a full study.
Four weeks, in the usual order
All commissions- Week 1The question is written down: the ground, the decision, the records you are willing to share. The fee is named before anyone books a walk.
- Week 2First walk in Greater Bangkok. Edges, access, visible water, and neighboring uses are checked against the records. Differences stay in the field book.
- Week 3–5A second walk if rain or access still matters. The base sheet and three plates are drawn so they can be laid over one another.
- Last sittingYou read the finding with us. One revision round is included. Printed sheets leave the studio after the remaining fee.

Map plate
One sheet from records you already hold, plus a short caption. Chosen when a walk would not change the question.

Canal and flood reading
A bank or a ponding patch, drawn as a seasonal band. Neighbor accounts are kept apart from stain lines.

Two or three sites, one scale, the same questions. The notes describe differences. They do not rank a purchase.
From the field book
A September walk along a northern bank was called off before we left the studio road. The path was slick, and the household had already asked that mud stay out of a rented ground floor.
A reservation we kept
The rain note should have gone the same day
Suda Preecha, whose kitchen extension in Tha Raeng depended on the wet-season band, later told us the plates were usable at the district conversation — and that a postponed walk should have been written to her on the day the sky closed, not after it cleared. The studio now sends that note the same day. The plates did not become more certain because of the delay. The courtesy did.

Tell us the question in a few sentences. We answer within three working days with either a scope note or a reason the commission does not fit. Visits are arranged only after that exchange.
