Parcel Comparison
A parcel comparison puts two or three candidate sites through the same questions — access, water, neighboring use, and rough ground — and draws them at one scale. It is for someone choosing where to proceed, not for someone who wants a price per rai.

How the weeks run

The sites and the questions
You name two or three places and the decision between them. We confirm we can enter or view each one.

Shared scale
Visits and records are drawn with the same legend. A difference that appears on only one site is not quietly dropped to make the sheet look even.

Notes, not a ranking
The notes describe differences. They do not score the sites or tell you which to buy. That judgment stays with you and, where the law requires, with a licensed surveyor.
Before we begin
Send whatever deed sketches you have for each site and say whether a seller or relative must be present for access. Sites we cannot see will be marked as desk-only, and the fee may change.
Limits
Three sites is the maximum. If the sites sit far apart inside the city, travel time is included in the estimate rather than absorbed.
The fee
42,000 THB starts a comparison of two nearby sites in Greater Bangkok. A third site, or sites that take most of a day to reach from one another, is added before work starts.
Half is asked before the visits. The remainder is asked before the sheet is released. The website does not collect the fee.
